A multitude of condominium developments and single–family homes have ski-in-ski-out access to the slopes at Snowmass and are in close proximity to Village shops, restaurants and services. Many luxury homes in The Divide, Wood Run and Ridge Run surround the main ski area. With the addition of the Two Creeks lift in the late 1990s on the eastern side of Snowmass came the development of exclusive properties in the Two Creeks and The Pines at Owl Creek subdivisions that also offer ski-in-ski-out access.
Along Brush Creek Road leading to the Village, within minutes to Snowmass, one finds Horse Ranch. Developed in the late 1990s, the homes in Horse Ranch overlook large pastoral fields with grazing horses and big sky views. Up the road, on a mountainside overlooking the Snowmass Golf Club, lie Melton Ranch, Wildridge and Wild Oak, somewhat older subdivisions where many of the original homes have been extensively remodeled or entirely rebuilt. But the sweeping views are timeless.
Branching off the east side of Brush Creek Road and closer to the commercial offerings of the Snowmass Center is Faraway Road which meanders to additional condominium units, townhouses and many luxury single-family homes.
